The STRIKES! staff believes in individual analysis and a personalized program of performance goals. Out staff specializes in individual instruction. We are the best in Illinois with one-on-one instruction and analysis. We pride ourselves on our knowledge, our communiation style and enthusiasm for the game.

Our coaches first assess the player's skill level in all areas of the game -- fielding, hitting, position play, throwing technique and more -- to provide a performance snapshot. This provides the basis for a STRIKES! training program, with clearly established performance goals, which coaches use to build self-esteem, a winning attitude and ballplaying excellence. High school students will also receive college recruiting assistance from STRIKES when appropriate.

Our instructors offer digital video recording to break down and analyze proper technique. This allows us to break down mechanics for the beginner and refine the mechanics of a seasonal player.

Our tunnels are also set up with radar to monitor pitching velocity.

Rich in tradition and atmosphere, the STRIKES! facility is 10,000 square feet of baseball and softball heaven. There are seven tunnels or individual instruction, hitting and pitching.
